I did read somewhere or might of heard it that Gareth said he wasn't good a swimming but was good at running he didn't say anything about cycling lol! so he might be doing the running part with it being a team relay one will do the swimming then they tag the next guy who does the cycling then they tag the runner for the last part.

JUNE - ALL I CAN GATHER IS THERE ARE THREE SECTIONS - SUPER SPRINT - VIP SPRINT WHICH IS GARETH'S ONE - AND THEN OLYMPIC AND CORPORATE. LOOKING AT THE COLUMN TO THE RIGHT OF THAT, THERE IS THE FIRST SUPER SPRINT LAPS OF ALL THREE ACTIVITIES AND THEN THE SECOND (GARETH'S) SPRINT OF SWIMMING 1 LAP, BIKE AND RUN 2 LAPS. SO I AM THINKING THAT GARETH DOES ALL THREE IN THE TIME BETWEEN 12.0 AND 2.0 BUT ONLY TODAY. THEN THEY SAY WHAT THE CORPORATES ETC. DOES. THINK GARETH 'S VIP IS JUST CALLED SPRINT. JUST MY SUPPOSITION !

Thank you Andrea & Sue I thought it might tell us on there the details Gareth's events. I thought Gareth would be doing all three events because its a Triathlon. The relay things is confusing me can three people do a part each? When it said swim 1 lap, cycle & run 2 laps (Laps of what? Anyone know) I would love to have had more info, I wonder how it went, was thinking about Gareth and how he was doing today I hope it went well He will be back in Manchester at LB this evening Don't know how he keeps going Just seen this on this OSGareth is running the Virgin Active London Triathlon on Sep 22nd and is raising money for Sparks.
