Hi Folks
Well what a suprise I had! The very good friend Trish organised for me to be able to go to the LG Arena to see the Big Reunion show and of Course Gareth and 5th Story! I couldn't believe it!
We started out early at 5.30PM becuase the weather was so awful and the winds had been so bad. When we got to Birmingham New Street Station we were greeted with delayed trains and Cancelled trains and dozens of people floundering about all over!
We eventually at 6:30 got on a Train which was stood on a platform which was hopefully going to Eusten which was supposed to stop at Birminham International, for 20 minutes it didn't go anywhere and we started wo wonder if we might have to catch a cab but we guessed that lots of people might be thinking about that and we might end up worse off, so we waited on this train not knowing anything at all.
Finally just after 7pm it started and we got to International and the had to rush all the way to the arena grab some food as quickly as we could and dart into our seats.
I can honestly say that everyone did so well even though I couldn't remember all of them when they were around in the 90's. I didn't remember 3T very well or A1. My Friend Trish said the same that she wasn't familiar with everyone either.
5th Story came on but I could see that there was only 4 I had to double take to make sure that it wasn't Gareth that was missing but it turned out to be Kav, they said he was ill or something. The Arena was going wild . They were Really Good and I did record some of the song but its so hard when all you have is a mobile phone and are wedged in between everyone else and they are all stood up, but I tried and I will add it here after my report. Gareth was right in there with his sexy moves with his girl dancer PHEW! He never said he could dance but you know what I think he can!!! He just doesn't think so! The Arena loved it!
Blue were really good we both agreed on that , they seem to still have a quite strong bond despite the years.
3T did a thing with Michael jackson on a film in the background and dueted with him, but I found it a bit strange as he is no longer with us , but I got that they are simply keeping his legacy and his dream alive. That didn't work for me though. Trish quite enjoyed it.
5th Story came on Last and Gareth was there storming it with Spirit in the sky, with dancers dressed as Ghosts or something lolol the white confette was fluttering down from the ceiling and it looked so pretty. A perfect ending and I have to say Gareth looked so comfortable and confident , he smashed it!
It took ages to get out of the Arena as it was jam packed full and we had to figure out how to get back and we didn't know if the trains were running so we couldn't stay and see if Gareth came out afterwards. We did just manage to get the train back to Birmingham and only just by seconds the last train to our homes.
The tour is fabulous and a lot of those boys should do well out of it. Garetn is already doing well but it will give him a lift and show people that he is wonderful, something that we have known always..

but then it kind of went a bit wrong and we errrrr ended up in a heap on the floor. One of us dripped water from the shower onto the bathroom floor...............
