This is a real nice blog about Gareth I found on the internet.
So this week I caught up with the guy everyone was talking about so many years ago when he appeared on our screens in the early days of reality tv – Pop Idol to be exact……and what a lovely guy he was!
Gareth Gates started his career on our Tv screens and was taken to the nations heart when they realised that he suffered from a speech impediment which meant that he stuttered badly when being questioned on the show, with the help of the show he was able week after week to shine by receiving help to take grasp of his condition, accept it and still continue to show an amazing singing voice aswell…
Although he didn’t win the show, he came a close second on the biggest show at the time and this has never stopped him achieving his dreams and becoming a national treasure, working in theatre productions such as Les Mes and still gigging to this day clearly shows the effects of such a program and how it has changed the lives of those who have entered into its hands, for most it can work out as a bad experience that they want to forget but for Gareth he stills enjoys what he does, he still manages to have screams at the side of the stage and girls trying to clamber to feel him.
So to be honest I think he still has that Gareth Gates charm he had all those years ago when he was so fresh faced on TV and he will continue to have it, something else that comes with Gareth and his extrovert personality is his ability to not take his self too seriously and I reminded him of this with his appearance in the Daily Mail the actual day I had went to interview him, dressed in high stockings and suspenders the night before and dressed like a school girl out with his friends it showed that he enjoys his nights off but ever more than he did before he enjoys what pop idol has brought to his life and he will never forget its effects…
He was such a nice guy and played to a crowd who loved him and were partying away at his classics hits, loving Campus for bringing Gareth and getting the chance to meet up with him
Looking forward to catching up with my next Celeb and will keep you posted very soon who it is and I’m sure you will like very much!!!
