I expect I sound like a biased fan, but surely it's the quality of the mash that counts. George's was lumpy, you could see Gareth's was smooth and creamy.

I take my hat off to Gareth for cooking under such pressure, to be honest now he has gone, I won't be watching, and I bet the viewing figures plummet.

Gareth is an amazing musician, that is what really matters, we have so much to look forward to. ;D

What an example he sets us all, I am very proud of him. ;D

No you don't sound biased at all Carol, but yeah its the quality of the food that counts, but what they wanted was more as it looked abit odd to them with the size of the Venison and just a small amount of mash eek yes i agree Georges was lumpy, and also who the heck mashes potato up with an electric mixer
