I am so silly I accidentally booked for 4th October, when according to Gareth's official site he isn't on. I rang up and changed it, but the girl at the box office was most surprised when I said I didn't think Gareth was on that day. She knew nothing about it. She was so nice, and gave me another £10 refund, so those best tickets have ended up really cheap. ;D
