Gareth Gates to unplug for city return

Bradford’s former choir boy Gareth Gates (pictured right) will be performing a live and unplugged show in Bradford next spring.

Tickets costing £20 go on sale from Monday for the concert at Bingley Arts Centre on Tuesday, May 23 – one of the singer’s rare performances in his home town.

Show organiser Steve Waite said: “This is an intimate show with a capacity of 350 seats and only one of a handful Gareth will do in this format.”

The 2002 Pop Idol runner-up makes his Bradford stage debut at the Alhambra in March when he appears with three of the Osmond brothers – Jay, Jimmy and Merrill – in the 1970s disco hits show Boogie Nights.

Thnaks June i hope so too, could get to Bingley but wouldn't be able to get a train back as i presume the gig would finish rather late, and am sure that there are no late trains from Bingley to Bradford.

Where are you travelling back to is it Manchester?
