It is fantastic news H, I will be voting to make sure we can keep him in for a long time! Nobody graces a TV screen better than Gareth. For those of us feeling the pinch moneywise, we can all watch him for free, brilliant!
Here is a write-up about it. love Carol xxx
Dancing on Ice 2014 line-up: Star from previous series return for last run of ITV skating show 11 Dec 2013 00:00 Host Phillip Schofield said viewers are "in for an absolute treat"
Celebrities including footballer David Seaman and soap stars Gary Lucy and Jorgie Porter are getting their skates back on for the final series of Dancing on Ice.
Fourteen famous faces, including previous winners Suzanne Shaw and Ray Quinn, will take to the rink in the ninth series of the ITV show.
The other competitors - all veterans from previous series - include Bonnie Langford, Waterloo Road actress Zaraah Abrahams, Emmerdale's Hayley Tamaddon and Gareth Gates.
Olympian Beth Tweddle, rugby player Kyran Bracken, comic Joe Pasquale and ex-EastEnders Todd Carty and Sam Attwater complete the line-up.
Phillip Schofield, who hosts the show with Christine Bleakley, said viewers were "in for an absolute treat".
He said: "I'm over the moon we'll be welcoming back to the ice some of our very best skaters and characters from over the years."
Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will again train the celebrities and will celebrate the 30th anniversary of their gold-medal winning Bolero routine.

Good morning to all our lovely Gareth fans. Well you have heard the news, the man himself has tweeted it and it's on his Official site. We don't ever post false rumours, and we do respect the fact that Official news is what it is, and there can be none more truthful that the source that it came from Gareth. Now tell me ladies, how do you feel about seeing your man in lycra, whirling across the ice every weekend. Thanks Carol I have deleted my thread Oh bless you June, hun, you actually put the news up before me, and I didn't see yours until after. Although it's in confirmed news right now, I guess Debs may want it to have its own special forum when the show starts. I do hope he gets to stay in for a while, all the champions are in it, but for me the sight of Gareth skating wins every time! Am I biased, oh no! love Carol xxx

Hi all Gareth fans,
I´m over the moon to hear that Gareth will be skating again, he does look so elegant on the ice and at the same time sweet with his lovely smile! I´m so happy that even not UK residents are able to watch online through a special Facebook app. He and Brianne are bound to be a great ice-skating couple! It´ll be so nice to see Torvill and Dean again training, I´ve always admired them since their Bolero performance.
Thanks to all for posting all those exciting news here in this forum!
Love, Blanka xxx

We had two, and only needed one so I deleted mine.
